In the coming together to initiate a new venture many criteria must be met. Clearly adequate financing, a definable market and a unique product would be of great advantage as well as necessity. However, over and above these ingredients, one must add people of talent, of diligence and of vision.

In forming BWS, we believe we have all the essential elements. Amongst the management, we have all had in excess of 20 years experience in finance, all aspects of property investment, asset and development management as well as exposure to various markets and disciplines outside of our core areas.

We have applied these experiences and added extensive due diligence to come to the point where we are confident in our ability to bring to market a solution whose time is now. Our ability to promote microbiologically safe water on an economically viable and sustainable basis has previously been unavailable to those in search of a solution.

What is clear is that a need exists. The status quo is unable to overcome the enormous obstacles that prevent the delivery of chemical and biologically contaminant free water.

Equally clear to those who have studied the issue, is the fact that water quality and security has effectively been relegated down to the private sector, and particularly the individual property owner.

An extensive peer review of all options has prompted us to conclude that our preferred technology is capable of achieving our desired goal of healthy water. By merging our experiences in property with that of our desire to help the environment and other building owners we believe we bring to market a value added solution not previously available whose time has definitely come.
